Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, e-transfers, PayPal and cash.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Absolutely! Please contact us for more information.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds on our services
Does my pet need vaccines?
Dogs must be current on their core vaccinations (Parvo/distemper and Rabies).
We highly recommend Kennel Cough and lice/tick and flea prevention but it is not mandatory.
Cats must be current on their core vaccinations (FRCP and Rabies).
Ferrets must be current on their core vaccines (distemper and rabies).
We will also accept a valid titre test or in cases where a pet cannot be vaccinated a note from their veterinarian will be required.
Do I have to live in Allan?
Absolutely not! We offer drop off and pick up service to Regina, Saskatoon and many other areas for a reasonable fee.
